  • Colorado Revised Statutes mandate that the treasurer mail the Property Tax Statement to the owner of record, as their name and address is listed on the Tax Roll certified by the County Assessor. Therefore, your mortgage company does not receive a copy of the Property Tax Statement (nor will we mail them a duplicate copy).

Most mortgage companies request payment information directly from this office. If you feel your mortgage company needs a copy of your Property Tax Statement, you will need to make a copy of your tax bill and send it to them.
